1. Goods can not be returned without our written authorization.
2. All authorized returns are subject to restocking charge and must be shipped prepaid to us.
3. All claims must be made within 3 days after receipt of goods.
4. 2% service charge per month on past due accounts.
5. Title and interest in the merchandise herein described shall remain in Oneshopping Center Inc. until fully paid for in cash.
